Added a file structure to the repo for more organization

The previous commmit did not stage the file deletions, resulting in the original files AND the new folder showing up in the interface. This commit should fix that.

As per the feedback on Lab 2, I've added the area files to a folder in the system. I've also added a "msg.txt" to my local workspace so that I can write more verbose git messages, as I've done in personal projects past.
More trivially, I've updated my local workspace's GPG key such that my commits are now verified properly
