I found a Vue,js plugin that offers a better version of multiselect.
Implementation to follow.
The initial forms are done.
The log is currently being scripted. It is being a pain.

The remaining HTML files have been added with placeholders for the inputs.
The links between them have been made, and a placeholder picture has been
added for the map.

The index page, which will become a login page eventually, has been modified
to be a temporary "login" for the time being. New pages that are the
scaffolding of the final site have been added and an NYI page has been added
as a place holder for pages not yet implemented. It will be deleted
before submission of the final project.
